We loved the location and the fact that it was right next to the Riverwalk. The hotel is situated so well that we could walk to most of the sights we wanted to see and also conveniently close to an array of restaurants, which we loved. The rooms where spacious enough that a family of 4 could stay comfortably. We only made use of the in room dining, however having breakfast in the beautiful restaurant was brilliant. We highly recommend the Westin to anyone wanting to visit San Antonio.

Very nice hotel. The decor is what I like coming to a hotel like this one. Valet workers were excellent and worked hard at check to get us in. Took 40 minutes but they were very apologetic. Front desk personnel were nice willing to help.

Over charges, valet parking $75 I stay 2 days they charge $75x3 , I have little shizchu they charge $120 , $174 for secure deposit I stay 2 room for 2 days total was $1578 plus $549 for my puppy and 2 days valet parking , lobby to small restaurant food not good. Overall I’m not coming back .
